I was happy that my room 1107 was at the front with a view of the ocean and the pool in the distance. First of all the room smells old, I pushed past because it was clean and I thought it was worth two nights stay. The first night I slept I tossed and turned, then I woke up from something crawling on my face. Jump everywhere. Directly out of there reported to the front desk. They returned my card that night. I saw their picture of the bug and emailed their manager. The host sent me an email on (8-9-2021) asking for the best time to call, my response every time. So far I haven't heard from anyone (8-10-2021). Be careful not to stay here, my body is covered with intestines.

This is an unfortunate situation. The guest was contacted immediately and steps are being taken to prevent further incidents. The room is secured and professional pest control equipment is carried. Nothing happened since then. We take all requests for pest control very seriously and work immediately to prevent contamination. Bed checks when rooms are serviced and randomly scheduled rooms will be checked by equipment management experts using special K9 training as needed. We do everything possible to keep the environment free of bugs and insects. Unfortunately, the travel and hospitality industry is prone to problems like this. With so many people traveling and coming from all over the world, there is always the possibility of some unwanted bugs hitting the ride in personal items such as suitcases, bags and so on. Tourists do not know about helping to spread these insects in places like airplanes, hotels, restaurants. , cinema.. are all places that people often visit. As I said, we take this very seriously. The last thing we need is to have an entire hotel infested. Information, General Manger communicates with visitors via email: August 9, August 10, August 11 and August 12. Also, call and leave a message on 11 AUG according to my email of 10 AUG.

Great location on the beach, spacious room with good facilities. Although I traveled alone on business, the hotel is great for families - beach, outdoor pool, playground, and big lawn. When everything reopens from COVID-19, I will bring my family and live here.

Rogers Road, Coronado

Where here for a staycation as a retiree for leisure. The location, pool, view, and breakfast were all awesome. Military Lodge located in Coronado, Ca. I want to say that the only disadvantage is, for those who are not in order there is a time where you can reserve a room. I heard the conversation and it seems that the workers in the front, talking about their friends with reservations while others, must follow the rules.

Great unit, great location. Great pool and beach. Very good. A military plan is required to get a reservation but it's worth staying if you can get in. The place is very beautiful and clean. Big beach. You can walk to the next historic hotel.

North Island Beach Cottages

We came to San Diego for vacation in July with our family, there are 6 of us. We booked an Air BNB outside of San Diego which ended up being disappointing and not as described. My husband said he was looking into staying at Navy Lodge. I had to call several times to get 2 rooms, but we got the nicest room during the busiest time of the year and our room was an ocean view! This is a great place, my family loves Coronado, it ended up being the highlight of our trip. The house itself is really nice, clean, the staff is nice and accommodating. I am very happy that they were able to book me 2 rooms at short notice. the view was amazing and we enjoyed the beach. The amenities, including the pool, were great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice. We are all very happy! I would definitely stay at the Navy Lodge again!

I am currently renting a North Island beach house and I am confused by the fact that beach towels are not provided for guests. I said I can buy it at the gift shop. Has anyone experienced this? The Navy Lodge next door (where we had breakfast & swimming pool as well as front service) provided towels for their guests but refused to provide towels for my husband & me. Several calls to the forum as well as the moderators did not resolve the issue.

We hope to see you again in the future In San Diego, California's "Jewel City", Coronado, twenty-two modern and furnished bedrooms facing the magnificent Pacific Ocean! This cottage is perfect for a beach vacation for the whole family! The only downside is that they are on a naval base, so only the military and their families can take them. With the great weather in San Diego, summer is great all year round so there's never a bad time to be there. Breaker's Beach is the name of the beach at the base, and it is the only beach connected to Coronado Beach that was named the #1 beach in the United States in 2012. This is also the same beach where the heroic Navy SEALS train every iron. year! And you get a view of the famous Hotel Del Coronadoin in all its glory from the beach. Talk about "cool", this place has it all. Breathing fresh salt air while walking on the beach, and watching the sunrise and sunset while listening to the sound of the waves easily make this the best military base in the world.

Since there are only twenty of them, the demand is high. Active military can plan up to a year in advance, and retired military up to 6 months in advance. There is only one reservation per ID. For $130 a night, this is a steal for the beach front! We liked it a few years ago so the price may have gone up since then. Each house consists of two adjacent houses and each house has its own parking space for two cars.

North Island Naval Base

Inside, there is a living room with a pull-out sofa and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twins. Linens included, but not towels. There is a TV and WIFI available, but trust me, you will spend a lot of time outside!
